On Monday night the 23rd of January songwriter Chip Taylor will give an intimate House Concert in Food In Action’s Boathouse. The concert is a co-op between Rootsy Music and Sensus in Östersund. Songwriters Hall of Fame 2016 inductee Chip has been writing and performing for nearly 60 years and shows no sign of slowing down. Chip Taylor is making some of the most distinctive acoustic music around today.” With the release of Little Brothers, a charming and intimate collection of new songs, and the EP I’ll Carry For You (inspirational songs for the 2016 Rio Olympics) he continues to engage and delight music fans everywhere. The Norwegian pianist and producers Göran Grini will accompany Chips this evening. If you cannot make it on the 23rd we recommend a trip to Stokkøya Norway for the concert on the 24th of January.
