Jazzköket – award winning gastrobistro and Sweden’s No1 sustainable restaurant 2015. Co-founded with friends Kajsa Tuwa Werner and Kristoffer Andersson.
Sikåsköket.se – a kitchen inside a food store. A show case on how GOOD FOOD* can create rural development and social transformation in a tiny village. Founded with Karin Jönsson.
